Wicklow County Council Call for Expression of Interest: Community Support Centres for Emergency Resilience

Wicklow County Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from community-based volunteer groups that have premises that may be suitable as a Community Support Centre in the event of an Emergency.

Closing date is Friday 19th December 2025.

There are two potential Streams of funding available for Designated Community Support Centres as follows:

• An Annual grant for Designated Community Support Centre will be provided if you submit and update the requested information to Wicklow County Council about your Community Support Centre or
• Funding in support of an activated Community Support Centre that responds to an emergency and has been requested by and approved by Wicklow County Council.

Please ensure that details of any generator available in the Centre is detailed on the Expression of Interest form.
