Survey for Community Groups involved in the management of Community Facilities

To gain an insight into the challenges and issues these groups are encountering in running community facilities, we have developed this short survey aimed at gathering feedback from those overseeing community facilities and gauging interest in the PPN organising a session for these groups that would offer both a learning and an networking opportunity.
