Wicklow PPN is delighted to partner with An Tairseach and Concern to host a free Coffee Conversation exploring the connections between our local communities and the wider world.

Join us on Saturday 12th September at the beautiful An Tairseach Organic Farm & Ecology Centre for a day of conversation, learning and connection. Together, we’ll explore the issues that matter; including regenerative food systems, food poverty in Wicklow and globally, health and wellbeing, organic farming, biodiversity, and the values that help build stronger, more resilient communities. The event will explore how our local experiences and choices connect to the bigger global picture, encouraging discussion, shared learning and practical action.

During the morning, you’ll hear about the inspiring work of Concern, learn about local initiatives tackling food poverty in Wicklow, and explore other examples of positive community action. It’s a unique opportunity to discover how local action and global
solidarity go hand in hand.

The day also includes a delicious organic lunch of homemade soup and fresh salads prepared using seasonal produce grown on An Tairseach’s organic farm. After lunch,
participants are invited to enjoy a guided tour of the beautiful farm and gardens, the perfect opportunity to experience this peaceful setting, connect with others, and continue the conversation.
