Early learning and childcare providers are encouraged to explore the Building Blocks Extension Scheme Phase 2, supporting services to expand existing premises and create additional full-time places for children aged 1–3 years (pre-ECCE).

• Community providers can apply for grants from €100,000 to €530,000
• Private providers can apply for grants from €50,000 to €265,000

Eligible Core Funding Partner Services must commit to expanded capacity, full-time provision, and opening for a minimum of 46 weeks per year, 5 days per week, and 8 hours per day.
