The IRFU has launched the 2026 LGBTQI+ Inclusive Rugby Community Fund, encouraging clubs across the Four Provinces to apply for support to host events that celebrate diversity, inclusion, and community within rugby.

Building on the success of last year’s Pride-themed festivals and inclusive rugby events, clubs are now invited to think creatively through festivals, open days, and community engagement initiatives that help grow participation from LGBTQI+ communities.
