A new funding opportunity for local groups is coming soon
The Local Environment Action Fund 2026 will be opening shortly, offering support to community initiatives across Wicklow.
This fund is the result of a partnership between County and City Management Association (CCMA) and IPB Insurance.
The fund aims to empower Tidy Towns and other voluntary community groups to take meaningful action to enhance their local environment through impactful community-driven projects, collaborating with community stakeholder.
Groups are encouraged to start thinking about potential projects and to keep an eye on Wicklow County Council social media channels, as well as our own, for full details on eligibility, application information, and the closing date.
